Wild Rose Women's Clinic
Staff and Associates
Fran Wilson, ARNP
Certified Nurse Midwife
Fran is both a midwife and a nurse practitioner, and provides all types of health care for women.  She practices an integrated style of care, combining aspects of both allopathic and natural traditions.  Fran founded Wild Rose Women's Clinic in 1995 to increase the childbirth and health care options for women in the Mid-Columbia area.  She concentrates on home birth due to the extremely medicalized care offered at the local hospitals.   Fran is able to travel to areas where alternative options are limited, both in Washington and in other areas.  She specializes in natural childbirth with minimal interventions.  Fran is listed as a Hypnobirth friendly practitioner.  www.hypnobirthing.com

A Pacific Northwest native, Fran received her Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Washington in 1981, worked  as a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years, and returned to school to earn a Masters Degree in Midwifery from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1991.  She has been practicing Midwifery for over 17 years.

Reyna Flores, Office Manager, Spanish Interpreter
When you call or visit the Wild Rose Women's Clinic, Reyna is the first person you will be talking to.  She is no stranger to Wild Rose Women's Clinic.  Fran has assisted  her with three pregnancies and delivered several of her nieces and nephews!

Gloria Garcia, Spanish interpretor, Home Birth Assistant and Doula
Gloria was trained as a childbirth assistant and doula at "The Farm" in Tennessee.  She often assists at home births.  Fran assisted her with the births of several of her children.

Erin Schmidt, Hypnobirthing Instructor, Labor Doula and Home Birth Assistant
Erin is not a clinic employee, but she does use the Wild Rose office in Kennewick to teach Hypnobirthing classes.  Her three children were born with Fran's assistance, the first at Columbia Birth Center and the next two at home.  She is a labor doula and you can learn more about her on her website http://daintydoula.com/ .   Erin often assists at home births either as a doula or as a birth assistant.

Julia Tyutyunnik, Russian and Ukranian Interpreter, Labor Support
After having Fran's assistance with four births, the last one at home, Julia ia available to  interpret in Russian and Ukrainian for women's health and prenatal visits as well as homebirths.  She can be contacted through Wild Rose Women's Clinic.
